While I am not a fan of the sudden change in the weather and bringing back out my long sleeves and gloves because the temperatures dropped from high 70s to mid 50s; being outside shooting is still a nice breath of fresh air.
Overall, it was a very exciting weekend for WKU baseball clinching the series over Troy winning two out of the three games at Nick Denes Field. Finally had an athlete slide at home so woohoo!
WKU continues at home play tonight against Lipscomb at 6:00 and I wish it wasn’t a cloudy day because I wanted to take the time to play around with the long shadows of the late evening sun. Maybe some other day I will get my chance. I hope it doesn’t rain as my trusty little iPhone weather app is showing the possibility – ugh.
