2012 Music City Bowl

It was a crazy way to send off 2012 and bring in 2013 – I was running on little to no sleep and debated with myself for a good six hours before I settled on waking up at 6am for the greater good of photography.  I woke up, packed up, and began driving south headed towards Nashville.

Last year the Music City Bowl was a night game, which at the time of my drive, seemed like a better idea than this cursed morning game.

However, it proved that an 11am kick-off time had way more advantages – better lighting, bigger crowd, even a couple of my pictures with a little snow flurry showing.

Vanderbilt came out hammering and made a statement that they belonged in a bowl game as well as the SEC.  As always, a lot of fun to shoot – sideline space got a little scrappy and territorial but I was just there to try to get some decent pictures of Aaron Rodgers little brother, let’s be honest – along with other great potential portfolio shots:)

But check out my full gallery of the pictures and let me know what you think.  I always love positive and negative feedback.
