WKU vs. FAU

This was the first basketball game of the Hilltoppers that I was able to shoot this year and sadly, it is going to be the last.  The Toppers finish their season at home next week while I am away shooting the conference championships for swimming in Texas.

But to be the only game I was able to shoot – it was well worth it!  It was not only the highest attendance we’ve had all season long it was an emotional game for both teams with some very questionable calls by the officials that led to an intense crowd.

Last night reminded me of the atmosphere we had when I first came to WKU – packed house, good game, and great student section.  The team has had a share of ups and downs this year but last night was hopefully a glance at what is to come from this team.

I tried to capture some of the high intensity moments along with some other action shots.
