Now anyone that knows me well enough knows that I am completely out of my comfort zone when I have to shoot anything other than sports perhaps to the point of extreme panic.
I love photography and I would love to be an amazing wedding photographer or baby portrait photographer but my brain lacks the ability to not freeze up when there are no balls flying through hoops or soaring through the air for a perfectly placed touchdown pass.
What to do in one situation? Invite a friend along to help you shoot. Thanks to a great friend for his help and an awesome mom and subject…I was able to pull off some senior portraits that I am really happy with.
Just need to keep learning and continually pushing myself to get better and better. I rarely find myself outside of a stadium, gym, or arena…maybe I need to get out more so I can break through my comfort zone!
